We were moving out of state and knew that Scott and his team were the right people for us. We couldn’t have been happier and had wonderful results. Everyone we worked with made it so easy thank you.
Highly recommend. Decades of experience. They have seen everything and their counsel is impeccable. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Property types Apartments or condos
Scott has been my agent for several years. He has handled multiple transactions for me and I am always very pleased with this professionalism, his stellar negotiating skills and his business acumen. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in Nyc! Tyler also did an outstanding job with the board package.
In my opinion, Scott Harris and his team are some of the top real estate professionals in NYC. I have worked with them on many deals throughout the years ranging from average purchase price to luxury/high end transactions. With each deal, they are incredibly responsive to their client's need. Also, they have a high level of sophistication which puts their clients in an advantageous position when trying to secure an apartment or getting past the various hurdles of a deal. I highly recommend The Harris Team to anyone looking for the best.
