About Jordan Pomerantz

Jordan Pomerantz is an Executive Associate and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson at Magnetic, where he works closely with buyers, sellers, and the firm’s leadership team across the New York City residential market. With a background in finance, asset management, and real estate, Jordan brings an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a relationship-driven approach to his work.

Prior to joining Magnetic, Jordan gained experience in real estate asset management with CBRE’s Global Hotels team in New York City, where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment strategy, and evaluating real estate opportunities.

Jordan graduated from The Ohio State University’s Max M. Fisher College of Business, where he studied Finance. His financial background shapes the way he approaches residential real estate, combining thoughtful analysis with an understanding of each client’s individual goals.

At Magnetic, Jordan supports clients throughout the real estate process, from property searches and market research to showings, negotiations, and transaction support. He is passionate about building lasting relationships and continuously expanding his network throughout New York City. Whether working with a first-time buyer, seller, or investor, Jordan focuses on being responsive, resourceful, and a trusted partner throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Jordan enjoys golfing, playing tennis, trying new foods, and spending time with family and friends.
